Our Story
Rebecca Creek Christian Ministries is a faith-based, community-focused organization dedicated to serving individuals and families with compassion, dignity, and the love of Christ. Through our client-choice food pantry, we empower families to select the foods that best meet their needs. Our early childhood day school provides a nurturing, Christ-centered environment for children ages 18 months to 4 years, supporting both spiritual and developmental growth. We also offer biblical counseling to bring hope, healing, and guidance grounded in God’s Word, as well as the Wellness-On-Wheels medical mission trailer that connects those in need with compassionate care and practical support. At Rebecca Creek Christian Ministries, our mission is to meet both physical and spiritual needs while strengthening our community through service and faith.
Our team is comprised of dedicated individuals and volunteers who are driven by a shared vision of making our community a better place. Each team member brings a unique set of skills and expertise, contributing to the success of our initiatives and endeavors.

Board Chairman
James Leinneweber
Pastor James Leinneweber grew up in San Antonio and currently serves as the Pastor of Rebecca Creek Baptist Church. He is also the founder of Rebecca Creek Christian Ministries.
Board Member
Luis Calo
Dr. Luis Calo is a fellow believer in Christ who trained as a family physician over 40 years ago. He is currently serving as a Medical Director for a Health Plan.

Anthony Otremba
Retired Senior Sales Executive from Swank Inc/Randa after 38 years of service. Currently, he holds the position of Treasurer at Rebecca Creek Baptist Church and serves as Vice President on the Board of Directors for Rebecca Creek Christian Academy.

With over twenty years of accounting experience and a wealth organizational and administrative skills, I am dedicated to enhancing our community.
Executive Director
Steven Boyet
With twelve years of experience in sales, estimating, and project management, along with twenty-five years as a secondary school teacher, I hold a BS in Secondary Education and an MS in Educational Administration.
